Jeff is the Founding Artistic Director of Actors Theatre Center and has created a variety
of entertainment all over the Bay Area from San Francisco to Santa Cruz that include book musicals, plays and musical revues.
With some
100 shows as director, musical director or performer to his credit, Jeff's recent stage directing efforts include the award
winning productions of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and Flower Drum Song, Wit, Candide, 42ndStreet, the Bay Area Premieres
of Seussical the Musical, Titanic the Musical, the World Premiere of The Rookie and The Pro and Actors Theatre Center’s
productions of Fame, Jekyll and Hyde, The Rocky Horror Show, Art and Superman, the Musical. As musical director,
Jeff has recently picked up the baton for The Wiz, Babes in Arms, Jekyll and Hyde, Honk, Annie Get YourGun, Oliver, Seussical,
Titanic and many others. Jeff stays active in many Bay Area theatre companies and elementary through high schools as director,
musical director or actor. He has worked with West Valley Light Opera, Children’s Musical Theater of SJ, Sunnyvale Community
Players, TheatreWorks, Theatre in the Mountains, Gaslighter Theatre, West Valley College, Los
Gatos High School, Presentation High School, Fisher Middle School, Dartmouth Middle School and others. An accomplished
actor, Jeff has been performing for seventeen years and has appeared in such shows as Oliver (Bill Sykes), You’re a
Good Man, Charlie Brown (Charlie Brown), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Peter Quince), Annie (Franklin Roosevelt), the hero
for the Gaslighter Theatre in Campbell and recently in the Ensemble for Mame at WVLO (his first musical appearance in seven
years!). As a radio personality and television talk show host, he has worked with KSFS-FM, KSCU-FM and hosted The Show With
No Reason for KKPX-TV65 (PAX) as well as appeared in Walt Disney’s Flubber. After directing Assassins and the Rocky
Horror 3rd annual revival he conducted High School Musical at Leland High School. He is currently directing The Best Little
Whorehouse in Texas. His next project will be directing Grease for West Valley Light Opera.. During the day, Jeff is a 4th grade teacher at Almaden Preparatory school.
